An offering is a thing offered, especially as a gift or contribution. We provide traditional talk therapy along with options to integrate mindfulness and therapeutic practices to individuals, couples, adolescents, and groups for clients who live in Texas. Sessions are 50-90min long virtually. Areas of service include: life transitions, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, stress management and burnout, confidence and self-esteem, self-exploration, and relationship issues.
There are seasons in life that can be really difficult. Even the strongest individuals need a safe and supportive place to unpack unexpected circumstances, or manage personal challenges and conflict. I collaborate with clients therapeutically and help them to develop new insight and perspectives during transitions of life, whether that be a break-up, a new move or job, a recent death or loss, or even past trauma that seem to keep resurfacing. Each session is intentionally offered a compassionate and supportive environment for my clients to connect to and transform their personal story in ways that reflect wellness, long-term growth, and freedom.
Navigating the journey of adolescence today comes with its own unique challenges. Mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression can stem from experiences of bullying, peer pressure, comparison, divorce, or relocating to a new home/school can make a teens' journey more challenging. I have worked with adolescents for over 20 years from multi-cultural and economically disadvantaged backgrounds to replace/restore unproductive communication (defiant behavior, angry outbursts) and unhealthy coping (suicidal ideation, self-harm/self-injury, substance use) with tools that foster self-esteem, self-confidence, character, and emotional intelligence.
Group therapy can benefit almost anyone. Groups offered are generally focused on specific life issues or cater to specific client populations, and are time-limited based on the topic of the group. The purpose of group is for its members to learn about themselves internally and externally.
If you and your partner have been arguing and feel like you need support, it's likely there's good reason, whether that be fair distribution of housework or chores, extended family obligations and issues, past relationships, difficulty communicating, parenting conflicts, financial problems, or an infidelity/betrayal. When everyone's committed to doing the work, there's room for tremendous growth. I work collaboratively with couples, actively engaging in this hard work, I have witnessed couples overcome unimaginable difficulties and experience healing and restoration.

You have the option of a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss why you’re thinking about seeking therapy services and to see if we’re a good fit for each other. The booking process can also happen online. Together, we will decide if we will move forward with therapy and I will send you intake paperwork digitally for you to submit prior to our first session. You will also receive information that will prepare you to log on to our first telehealth session.
In this session, we will be meeting virtually and I will be utilizing what I learned from our counseling consult call and/or your intake paperwork to further assess your needs. I will continue to learn more about you and we will get to know each other better. I will answer any questions you have as well as offer treatment/goal recommendations.
We will continue to dive deeper, check-in, and develop a personalized treatment plan with actionable steps. Based on what you need, we will be meeting weekly or biweekly. Our work will be collaborative so if something is not working or if your priorities in therapy shift, we will review our plan and implement any necessary changes. Communication and observation are key for our work together.
