It all starts with a free consult to make sure coaching is the right fit for your needs. Together with your coach, you will set up your schedule for your coaching sessions and gain insight and clarity on your goals and what you want to accomplish. Coaching is a partnership that creates an environment focused on action, accountability, and follow-through. Coaching facilitates personal and professional growth and focuses on the future. You have the option of a free 15 minute consultation call to discuss why you’re thinking about seeking coaching services and to see if we’re a good fit for each other. The booking process can also happen online. Together, we will decide if we will move forward with coaching.

We will continue to check-in and develop a personalized goal plan with actionable steps. Our work will be collaborative so if something is not working or if your priorities in coaching shift, we will review our plan and implement any necessary changes. Communication and observation are key for our work together.

Coaching Services (Rooted Living™):
Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and life alignment. Coaching is not therapy, does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. Coaching focuses on goals and seeks to empower and practice self discovery rooted in the present and future. Sessions often have clear structures and are often short-term. Services are paid for entirely out-of-pocket; insurance coverage does not apply.

Three questions to be mindful of:
Are they getting in the way of me achieving my goals (coaching)?
Am I looking to ensure my thoughts and emotions stay under my control (coaching)?
Am I looking to get to a level of optimal functioning to achieve all the personal, academic and professional goals I’ve been thinking about for months or years (coaching)?

Therapy Services (LPC):
Provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor and intended to address mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional regulation. Sessions vary based on the treatment modality and are not usually time-limited. Therapy services are clinical in nature and may be paid out-of-pocket, covered by insurance or eligible for reimbursement.
Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing.
Three questions to be mindful of:
Are my behaviors or emotions getting in the way of my daily life (therapy)?
Are they at a level where intervention is necessary (therapy)?
Am I looking to get to a level of daily, functional behavior (therapy)?
