Together, we will deepen your self-awareness, build resilience, and develop the skills needed to achieve your goals.
I'm a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (GC-C) with a focus on supporting adults (18+), adolescents (13+) as they navigate life transitions, loss and grief, trauma, anxiety, and women's issues. I practice a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, integrating various modalities tailored to your unique needs, including ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My own experiences of both failure and success allow me to serve with integrity, humility, and empathy. While I have over ten years of experience in the counseling field and am trained in various counseling techniques, I recognize that you are the expert on your own life. I honor each individual's unique lived experience and intersecting identities. I am committed to being a partner in your journey toward becoming your best, healthiest self.
